PantoneTools is run by a small independent team. Email is the only channel we operate, and it is read by a person — not a ticket queue.

hello@pantonetools.comWe aim to reply within 3 working days. Corrections and legal notices are prioritised over feature requests.
Report a color-data error
This is the message we most want to receive. Every HEX, RGB, CMYK, HSL, and Lab value on this site is an independently computed approximation, not licensed data from a trademark holder, so mistakes are possible and we would rather hear about them than not.
To help us act quickly, include the page URL, the color code in question, the value you believe is wrong, and the reference you checked it against — a current physical guide, a measured reading, or a vendor specification. We document how these values are derived on the methodology page.
Trademark, copyright, and takedown notices
PantoneTools is an independent reference site with no affiliation to Pantone LLC, RAL gGmbH, X-Rite, or any color-licensing body. Named color systems are referenced editorially for identification only.
If you are a rights holder and believe something on this site infringes a trademark or copyright, email us with the specific URL(s), the mark or work concerned, the basis of your claim, and how we can verify your authority to act. We review substantiated notices promptly and will remove or amend content where a claim is valid. Our full position is on the disclaimer page.
Bugs and feature requests
If a converter returns something that looks wrong, a tool breaks, or an export produces invalid output, tell us the browser and operating system you were using along with the steps to reproduce it. Feature requests are welcome and genuinely shape what we build next, though we cannot promise a timeline.
Editorial and corrections
Factual issues in any learning guide should come here too. We date every update visibly and carry a revision note when a correction changes the substance of an article — the process is described in our editorial standards.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot supply official or licensed Pantone or RAL digital color data. Those come from the trademark holders directly.
- We cannot certify or approve a color for production. Verify against a current physical guide under standardized D50 lighting and confirm with a printer-supplied proof on your final substrate.
- We cannot resolve a dispute between you and a printer, vendor, or manufacturer over a color match.
- We do not offer accounts, so we have no login, billing, or subscription issues to resolve.
Privacy of your message
Email you send us is used only to answer you and to fix whatever you reported. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list or pass messages to third parties. See the privacy page for how the rest of the site handles data. Please do not send unreleased brand specifications or confidential artwork by email unless your organization has approved that.
